Receiving an MS diagnosis is a harrowing experience.
But MS can also be a life-changing opportunity to live the best life.
It’s your chance to stop, review your life (inside and out), and create a better one. And it’s not optional.
Chief Writer
My name is Danielle and I’ve had MS since 1998. I’m also from a medical family so everything is backed by evidence.
Along my MS journey, I’ve learnt:
There’s a lot of a lot of false ‘no hope’ out there.
Damaged myelin can and does repair. (It does it every day).
No drug can do what food can.
Your genes don’t predict your destiny.
What you eat does matter.
MS is not necessarily progressive. Many people stop and reverse MS.
We can’t control everything, but there is so much we can control.
The purpose of Best Life with MS is to empower people with MS to create their best life using the things we can control.
Genes only make 25 to 30 percent of the picture. The rest is up to us.
The suggestions are simple and often free.
